Alessio Marostica

Alessio is an experienced, senior façade consultant with a structural background.  He has worked in Italy for tier 1 sub-contractors, gaining valuable experience designing and detailing unitised curtain walling systems. Since moving to the UK, Alessio worked on a major new infrastructure railway station, for another consultant, prior to joining FMDC. He is a talented designer who has experience in most façade construction methodologies and materials, including: unitised, stick curtain walling, rainscreens and precast concrete.  Alessio has a strong technical background, which he combines with his creative and problem solving mindset to deliver on some of FMDC’s most important projects.

Alessio’s portfolio with FMDC includes significant office and residential buildings in London and Manchester, some notable projects are: The Clearings, Holborn Viaduct, Ralli Quays, 85 Gracechurch Street, Peninsula Square, 55 Old Broad Street.

In his free time, Alessio loves to travel and explore new places. He has a passion for cooking and trying different cuisines. He is a devoted runner, and likes doing different sports during his weekends.
