Simon Webster

Simon is an Architect, Board Member and founding director of FMDC.  He is widely recognised as one of the most knowledgeable technical experts in UK facade consultancy, specialising in specification writing and in post-contract services.  Simon leads our Sustainability and R+D activities at Board level.

He has excellent industry connections and has worked on projects in most sectors, in the UK and abroad.  His client base includes architects, developers and main contractors, with whom he has built relationships with on many repeat projects over the last 25+ years.

Key projects for FMDC include Bloomberg HQ, 4 Pancras Square, Chelsea Barracks Phase 4, Fen Court and One Park Drive (Wood Wharf).  Other landmark projects delivered for a previous employer include; Turner Contemporary Margate, Holburne Museum Bath.  He has had involvement in over 13 buildings on the Canary Wharf Estate.

Outside of work, he enjoys classical music and going to the opera.
