Paola Sammarco

Paola joined FMDC at the beginning of 2025, as an addition to the senior technical team, bringing a wealth of expertise in the design and engineering of facades.  Previous to her employment with FMDC, Paola worked for another leading UK Consultant, where she led the delivery of various high-value commercial office projects throughout the design and engineering process, from feasibility to implementation stage.  In addition to consultancy experience, she has also spent time earlier in her career, working for leading UK Stone sub-contractor.

Paola is skilled in resolving design and engineering complexity in any project she is involved in, from the early design stages, and focused on delivering innovation using critical thinking and curiosity, to conscientiously explore every angle, from the broad context to the intrinsic technical detail. She has a wide portfolio of successfully ongoing and completed projects in the London market, which for FMDC include 50 Fenchurch Street, 1 Liverpool Street and 105 Victoria Street.
