We currently have opportunities to join our incredible team for the following:

Senior Facade Consultant or Associate Façade Consultant:

• • 5+ years’ experience working for a Façade Consultant in the UK market. Some experience working for a Façade Contractor may be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience of pre-contract project stages with good design skills. Some experience of structural design and building envelope physics may be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience and interest in delivering the post-contract stages of a project, with experience in reviewing contractor design details, site inspections, factory inspections, witnessing testing etc.
  • Interest in sustainability/embodied carbon and retrofitting existing buildings would be of benefit.
  • Ability to lead projects in pre-contract and post-contract stages.
  • Ability to look after and mentor junior members of staff.
  • London based.
  • Hybrid working available. 3 days in the office per week.
