Wood Wharf A2/A3

10 Park Drive and 8 Water Street (AKA Wood wharf A2 and A3) are high-end residential buildings, located at the heart of Canary Wharf’s new Wood Wharf community. Both buildings were designed by Stanton Williams and delivered by John Robertson as executive Architects.

10 Park Drive extends to 42 stories and is described by Stanton Willams as ‘an elegant and powerful structural form, which exudes a feeling of solidity and permanence’.

8 Water Street is 13 stories and targeted at the rental market.

Both buildings were completed in 2020 and with One Park Drive, were the first Wood Wharf projects worked on by FMDC, which has since grown to many more residential schemes, signifying a move away from a solely commercial district.

Both buildings have balconies and external amenity space. The facades are precast concrete, supplied and installed by Loveld, with strip windows by McMullen.
