The installation of the terracotta, brick and stone-faced precast panels manufactured by DECOMO with pre-glazed infills by VGV Façades is now complete on The Fitzrovia, a new office and residential building by Stiff + Trevillion Architects. FMDC Ltd‘s involvement started at design stages and is currently ongoing in a novated capacity to Kier Group, the Main Contractor delivering the project. The complex, textured terracotta cladding looks stunning, closely matching the design intent and guaranteed to deliver a striking architectural and urban statement against its surroundings and a new iconic building on Tottenham Court Road.
