We are delighted to announce that FMDC Ltd have been shortlisted both in the Project of the Year and Sustainability categories, for the Society of Façade Engineering (SFE) Facade 2025 Design & Engineering Awards for King’s Cross S5 (Cadence). The project is a mixed-use building designed by Alison Brooks Architects, occupying a prominent location on Lewis Cubitt in the heart of the Kings Cross Central development by property developers Related Argent. The cladding comprises brick-faced precast concrete panels with punched windows and forming double height arches in front of stick curtain walling at ground level on Canal Reach and on the podium internal courtyard.
