We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Facade Consultant with Condition Survey Experience

Facade Consultant with good experience in undertaking existing building condition surveys, and an interest in becoming involved in other generalist duties. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a UK based consultant and experience with different cladding systems and build methodologies. The position is London based and is a great opportunity to join a growing dynamic business, with an exciting project portfolio.   • 5+ years’ experience working for a Façade Consultant in the UK market.
  • Good experience in undertaking existing building condition surveys.
  • Some experience of post-contract and an interest in becoming involved in other general duties.
  • London based.
  • Hybrid working available. 3 days in the office per week.
  • Benefits package includes pension contributions, 26 days holiday + bank holidays (+ 2 additional after 5 years of service with FMDC), Vitality Health Insurance, cycle to work scheme, shared parental leave, among others.
  • We are now an Employee Owned Trust so the company is effectively owned by the staff, resulting in regular staff meetings that assist in influencing the management board and decision making / direction for the company.
  • The EoT also allows for a tax-free bonus element of a value up to £3600 per year for all staff, based on company performance.
  • Staff performance related bonuses on top of the EoT bonus.


Facade Consultant or Senior Facade Consultant

Facade Consultant or Senior Facade Consultant. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with a UK based consultant:

  • 3+ years’ experience working for a Façade Consultant in the UK market.
  • Experience of pre-contract project stages with good design skills. Some experience of structural design and building envelope physics may be beneficial but not essential.
  • Interest in sustainability/embodied carbon and retrofitting existing buildings would be of benefit.
  • London based.
  • Hybrid working available. 3 days in the office per week.
