FMDC Ltd’s Irene Mantovani and Robert Edmondson recently attend the topping out Ceremony of One Leadenhall, a new 35-storey tower in the City of London by Make Architects, delivered by Multiplex for developer Brookfield Properties. FMDC Ltd have been involved in this major project as façade consultants since early design stages and retained to project completion by Brookfield Properties. The installation of the unitised curtain wall by Permasteelisa Group is closely following behind the structure and due for completion in Q2 2024. The project is one of several collaborations with Make Architects and we look forward to the completion of this new Square Mile icon!
