One Ashley Road

One Ashley Road East is a 183-unit residential development by Alison Brooks Architects for developers Argent Related.
Following successful collaborations with FMDC on mutliple successful projects at Kings Cross Central, Argent Related appointed FMDC as façade consultants for the project, which forms part of the Tottenham Hale area regeneration.

The development consists of two towers sitting atop a podium and colonnade, combining handset brick cladding on the street elevations and a striking play of shimmering faceted rainscreen cladding and splayed, prefabricated, bolt-on balconies on the internal podium elevations.

Stick curtain walling encloses the retail units and triple height entrance lobbies to the colonnade at street level.

FMDC worked on the project from early design stages, continuing post-contract and during construction stages in a Client Monitoring role to Argent Related, with Galliford Try as Main Contractor for the project.
