The installation of the stone-faced precast concrete cladding by Loveld with factory fitted windows is fast nearing completion on Millennium Bridge House, an office building by architects Piercy&Company. FMDC Ltd have been involved in the project since early design stages, currently providing technical support for the delivery to Main Contractor ISG, and as part of the Client Monitoring Team to the Client Beltane Asset Management via Buro Four. The installation of the terrace sliders is underway, as is the primary frame to the roof pavilion, soon to be clad in stick curtain walling and kite rooflights by GIG FASSADEN GmbH. The project is already looking stunning and living up to the expectations of its unique site, adjacent to the Millennium Bridge and a stone’s throw from St Paul’s cathedral with amazing views on the river, the Tate Modern opposite and the Shard further afield.
