As part of the Mace novated team, FMDC Ltd‘s Antonio Mezzacappa recently attended Loveld’s factory to inspect some of the precast concrete panels for Berkeley Square, by architects Piercy&Company for Berkeley Estate Asset Management.
This office building will feature Secco Sistemi stainless steel windows, stone faced precast panels fair faced panels by Loveld, including four shades of red pigments and white and grey panels. The inspection was an opportunity for everyone attending to collectively review key details and ensure that the requirements for the delivery of a high-quality cladding are met prior to the panels being shipped to the UK for installation.
