FMDC Ltd’s André Ramalhinho recently visited SCHINDLER façade solutions‘ factory, to witness a performance test for the timber unitised curtain wall system, as well an impact test for the glass louvre system forming part of the cladding of Belgrove House, a life sciences building by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris architects for developer Precis Advisory Ltd. Both tests were successful, marking an important milestone for the project. FMDC Ltd are currently working in a novated role to Main Contractor Mace and as part of the Client Monitoring team for Precis Advisory Ltd.
