We are thrilled to announce that the 81 Newgate Street project has recently achieved practical completion! 🎉🎉
FMDC Ltd are grateful for the opportunity to have worked on this remarkable project from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion. A special feature of this project lies in the circularity in the facade construction, with the reuse of stone from the previous BT headquarters building on this very site in the new facade precast concrete cladding by Grants Group, combined with unitised curtain walling by Focchi Group.
