FMDC Ltd recently carried out an inspection of the first precast concrete panels for The Fitzrovia, 247 Tottenham Court Road, a mixed-use office and residential building by Stiff + Trevillion Architects for developers CO-RE London.
The panels by DECOMO are donut shaped and faced with extruded terracotta tiles, with factory fitted glazed infills by VGV Façades Facades.
FMDC Ltd have been involved in the project from early design stages and our involvement is ongoing in a novated role to Main Contractor Kier Construction.
We look forward to the first panels being installed on site!
