Exciting, busy period for 2-3 Finsbury Avenue, a major high-rise project by 3XN/GXN Architects for British Land, with Performance Mock-Up testing and a Visual Mock-Up inspection both recently taking place. The unitised curtain wall with intricate cladding nodes will be supplied by cladding contractor Focchi Group and Sir Robert McAlpine are the Main Contractor delivering the project. FMDC Ltd have been involved in the design and specification of the highly complex cladding of this iconic project that will be a future landmark in the City of London since RIBA stage 2.
